Meet Richard
Richard is a full-time real estate professional and has a long connection to Sonoma County. Prior to starting his Real Estate career, Richard worked in Silicon Valley for 10 Years at Apple Computer, and worked in the computer recycling industry in Silicon Valley. Richard lives in Sebastopol with his wife Debra and is active in the community. Richard is involved in supporting the local schools, the Ceres Cooking Project for Cancer Patients, the Rotary Club of Sebastopol and enjoys playing USTA Tennis.

During our initial meeting or phone conversation we will develop a list of the features you are looking for in a property, and the type of lifestyle you want to live. I am well connected in the Real Estate business and I often know about properties for sale that are not actually listed in MLS. These properties are referred to as “pocket listings”. Often sellers of luxury properties do not want their neighbors to know their property is listed for sale. I will not waste your time showing you property that does not meet your requirements.
Communication
I prefer to communicate with both email and phone calls. When a great property comes on the market, I will email you the listing and follow up with a call. When we are in escrow on a property I will communicate with you at every critical stage of the escrow, as well as coordinate all the inspections on your new home.
